The customer should note that by visiting the website and accessing the information, products and services, you are bound by the terms and conditions stated here along with our privacy policy.

We reserve the right to update, alter or modify some sections on the website without any notice to the customer. It is up to the customer to review these terms and conditions documents periodically and takes note of the modifications. Your continued use after amendments means that you express your consent to them.

Overview

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of credit 360 services ("Services") by Fincover to the user ("Client"). By using the Services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms.

Scope of Services

Please note that Credit360 is a program from Fincover for our customers to rectify errors in their credit report. The terms and conditions mentioned here for this service is applicable to this service. You shall further be bound by the Terms of Service – Fincover site while using these Services. If you do not agree to any of these these Terms of Service then you must not proceed to use the Services provided on the Platform or avail services.

The Company agrees to provide credit 360 services, which may include but are not limited to corrections in credit report, credit profile update, Challenges to top 3 credit bureaus, Identity theft Protection, Access to the credit dashboard, Creditor Intervention, 24x7 Online progress tracking, Financial Coaching & Debt analysis under Credit360 Program

You agree that an advisory expert of Fincover shall help you to understand your credit report including the different types of information that is contained in the credit report. This Credit360 program will also include analysing and helping you understand the various parameters/factors influencing your credit health.

You can avail Credit360 Services for a Fee. You agree that Fincover reserves the right to charge you at our own discretion. We reserve the right to determine such charges from time to time. Furthermore, all the charges quoted shall be exclusive  of any applicable taxes for which you will be additionally charged from time to time.

Credit360 is primarily designed with the objective to rectify fixable errors in the credit report. We at Fincover running Credit360 will make our best efforts to facilitate the correction of the reported inaccuracies within 90 days from availing our service by making a payment. However, we cannot absolutely guarantee that there will not be any delay in correction of your credit report. You should understand that Fincover is merely a facilitator between the customer and bureau, the decision to rectify the errors will be at the sole discretion of the bureaus.

You agree that Fincover team may contact you over telephone/SMS/and email over time to time for effective rendering of services.

You understand that Fincover may provide you guidance on closing your outstanding dues if that’s the major issue found in the credit report. However, Fincover does not provide any guarantee or assurance regarding improvement of your credit score as the credit bureau has the sole discretion in rectifying / updating of the credit score.

Client Obligations

  • The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of Services.
  • The Client is responsible for keeping their account information confidential and for any unauthorized access to their account. Do not share your login credentials anywhere. We will not be responsible for misuse due to sharing of login credentials

Fees and Payment of Annual Plan

  • The Client agrees to pay the fees specified in the fee schedule provided by the Company for the Annual Plan listed above.
  • You can claim a refund within 10 calendar days from the date of payment of fees in the event you did not receive any call from our customer service team within 5 business days from the date of payment. In the event, you are not satisfied with the service, you can claim a refund within 7 calendar days from the time you received the call from our team. In the failure of establishment of contact within 10 days (customer not picking the call), then you agree that you will not be eligible for any refund

Authorization

Customers have read and agree to Terms of Use and appoint Fincover and its affiliates/partners as their authorized representative to receive my credit information from Experian. They must hereby express my unwavering consent and instruct the bureau to provide their credit information to Fincover and its affiliates/partners on a monthly basis with an option to opt out/unsubscribe from the service.

By submitting this form, they authorize Fincover the right to perform these activities:

  • Verify my identity and share with the credit bureaus including personally identifiable information.
  • Request and receive my credit report and credit score from credit bureaus, for the time till I opt out/unsubscribe the service.
  • Retain a copy of credit information along with other information that I have shared with Fincover in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and privacy policy.
  • Share my details with my banking partner to remove negative information and increase my chance of getting a loan.
  • Provide personalized recommendations of loans and other credit products through email, text, whatsapp and Fincover’s updated services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled at High Court of Madras
